Sean Blinch


Sean’s career as a trainer began over 15 years ago after a transformational weight loss where he lost over 100lbs. Inspired, this led him to seek out a major gym brand which hired him on little more than a positive attitude and promise to become one of the company’s top trainers. Keeping his promise, Sean won Toronto’s Top Trainer and spent five rewarding years with them. Filled with optimism, Sean struck out on his own with a band of loyal clients which would pave the way towards opening RedLeaf Fitness. Sean has dedicated his life to helping Canadians Get In The Best Shape of their lives and has no plan to slow down. Sean and his team plan to expand the horizons of RedLeaf Fitness by opening locations across Canada.
