Michelle Dukowski

Bio

Having spent most of her life as a competitive soccer player, finding her way into the professional fitness industry seemed a natural fit for Michelle. She began her career as a Personal Trainer over 10 years ago, and her success in working for the largest fitness company in Canada, followed by her own Personal Training business has ultimately led her to be part of the creation of Red Leaf Fitness. Michelle has always been most passionate about helping others, and she is inspired to create positive change in the lives of as many people as she can. For Michelle, success is measured by day to day achievements, the confidence people learn to have in themselves, and the positive impact she is able to have on her community..
