Coach Sam has always had a love and passion for sports and wellbeing. While pursuing her BASc Kinesiology degree, she discovered functional fitness and a desire to help others get in the best shape of their lives. Sam has over 6 years of coaching experience and loves being a part of every member's individual fitness achievements. Sam believes that fitness is an everyday journey, taken one day at a time, where clients are able to find the beauty and strength of which their body is capable of. Seeing the positive impact and change in those she works with, is what keeps her motivated everyday.

Having spent most of her life as a competitive soccer player, finding her way into the professional fitness industry seemed a natural fit for Michelle. She began her career as a Personal Trainer over 10 years ago, and her success in working for the largest fitness company in Canada, followed by her own Personal Training business has ultimately led her to be part of the creation of Red Leaf Fitness. Michelle has always been most passionate about helping others, and she is inspired to create positive change in the lives of as many people as she can. For Michelle, success is measured by day to day achievements, the confidence people learn to have in themselves, and the positive impact she is able to have on her community..

Sean Blinch


Sean’s career as a trainer began over 15 years ago after a transformational weight loss where he lost over 100lbs. Inspired, this led him to seek out a major gym brand which hired him on little more than a positive attitude and promise to become one of the company’s top trainers. Keeping his promise, Sean won Toronto’s Top Trainer and spent five rewarding years with them. Filled with optimism, Sean struck out on his own with a band of loyal clients which would pave the way towards opening RedLeaf Fitness. Sean has dedicated his life to helping Canadians Get In The Best Shape of their lives and has no plan to slow down. Sean and his team plan to expand the horizons of RedLeaf Fitness by opening locations across Canada.
